It is now time to assemble the legs and hips of the robot. Each student will choose necessary 3D printed parts in assorted colors according to their design. They will use assorted nuts and bolts to assemble the parts to the servo motors. Not everything will fit perfectly and it is likely that they may need to open up some holes in the not-so-perfect 3D prints with a hand-held jewelers drill, remove extra plastic from edges with a de-burring tool, and thread some holes with a screwdriver and some elbow grease.
